Hi, I'm Angela Barela, founder of Blue Phoenix Therapy. I work with women and teen girls who are navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, emotional overwhelm, and life transitions.
My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based care. I believe therapy should feel safe and supportive, while also helping you create real growth and meaningful change.
Together, we'll focus on helping you feel more grounded, confident, connected, and empowered in your everyday life.
